Mannai Home Shipping Policy

1. Standard Delivery

At Mannai Home, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our standard shipping policy:

- Delivery Time: All items ordered on our website will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Delivery Fee:
        a) Inside Doha:
          - Orders up to QAR 200 will have a delivery fee of 15 QAR.
          - Orders above QAR 200 are delivered free of charge.
         b) Outside Doha: (Shamal, Khor, Messaid, Ruwais, Dhakhira, Um Slal Ali)
          - All orders will have a delivery fee of 25 QAR

- Order Processing:
  - Orders placed after 4PM on any working day or on public holidays will be processed on the next 2 working days.

2. Delivery Confirmation

- Customer Location Confirmation: Before initiating any delivery, our team will message/email you to confirm your delivery location. This step ensures accurate and timely delivery of your order.

- Working Days: Our standard delivery timeline refers to working days, which are from Saturday to Thursday.
- Public Holidays: Deliveries will not be processed on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be handled in the next 2 working days.
